Kassidee is a world-class hybrid athlete with elite podiums in Spartan and trail races. She brings a deep practical knowledge of endurance programming, pacing strategy, and event-specific technique — particularly for HYROX and DEKA formats. As a coach Kassidee emphasises progressive overload, efficient movement patterns, and recovery strategies tailored to busy athletes. She runs targeted conditioning blocks, simulation events, and one-to-one technique clinics that have helped many clients take large steps in performance while staying healthy.
